This is an agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Shivam Technologies, a firm with its registered office at Shop No.6, CSC, Block B, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. ("Shivam Technologies" "we," or "our") that governs your use of the search and marketing and information dissemination services offered by E Battery Directory through its website/web portal www.batteryfair.co.in ("Website"), telephone search, SMS, WAP or any other medium using which E Battery Directory may provide the search services (collectively "Platforms" ). When you access or use any of the Platforms you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

a. E Battery Directory makes available to user’s certain online subscription services. The following terms and conditions shall apply in the event of your acceptance of any promotions offered by E Battery Directory on this website (the "Subscription") or if you use the website or send us an e-mail in order to pay your bill by credit card or to update your subscription details.

b. Subscription Terms: The Subscription will continue till your Subscription comes to its expiry date for the period of subscription. You authorize E Battery Directory to charge the subscription amount to the credit card/Debit card/any mode of payment designated by you during the registration process, for the Subscription offer that you have accepted. If you renew your subscription, you authorize E Battery Directory to charge the new Subscription fee from your designated automated payment option. The new Subscription fee will be determined according to the terms of the Subscription renewal offer you have accepted
